Join Jenna Long and Nicole Wilkerson for seven weeks of Buti Yoga, breath-work, and meditation to journey through each of your chakras.
In this safe, inclusive space, we'll circle together as women (sorry guys, this one is just for gals) and go deep inside through movement, breath-work, and meditation.
No previous yoga experience necessary. All body types and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged.
Each week we'll focus on a different chakra using meditation and the sacred feminine movements of Buti Yoga. You can attend all 7 classes for $100, or pop in and out as it works for you for $15 per class.
Classes are on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm beginning January 10, 2018.
