Spring Cleanse

It's Spring time, the best time to cleanse ourselves from the inside out! Join us during this 90 minute unique workshop combining yoga and self hypnosis to do just that.

The first 45 minutes, you will follow an easy yoga sequence that will help your body re-align and cleanse itself. The latter 45 minutes, during your savasana pose (relaxing pose), you will be guided through a self hypnosis session to clear the mind of all the clutter, and refocus on a happier and healthier you.

This class is for you if you are looking to do a mind-body Spring Cleanse in a unique and relaxing way!
