In this safe, inclusive space, we'll circle together as women (sorry guys, this one is just for gals) and go deep inside through movement, breath-work, and meditation. Oh, and champagne!
No previous yoga experience necessary. All body types and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged.
This workshop on January 1st kicks off a 9 week series of classes with us, each week focusing on a different chakra. You can attend all 9, or pop in and out as it works for you. After our kick-off workshop on January 1st, all following classes will be on Wednesdays from 7pm-8pm.
